Shipping

How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the link in your shipment confirmation email. Your shipment confirmation email sends at the time the label is created, so please allow 24 hours for transport and scanning at the carrier before checking for an updated shipping status.

If your tracking number isn’t updating after 2 business days, please reach out to us at support@harpersage.com and we'll help provide more information!

How much is shipping?

We offer free Standard Shipping and free returns on all orders (no minimum) and Express Shipping for a $20 flat rate. Express Shipping is non-refundable if you choose to return the order later.

Free Standard Shipping will arrive 3–4 business days from the time it was shipped. Orders shipped with the Express Shipping option will arrive 1–2 business days from the time it was shipped. We ship orders 2–3 business days from the day it's received (please note the cutoff time for orders is 12 pm Central Time—otherwise, it will be counted as the next day).

What carrier do you use?

We use both UPS and USPS to get HarperSage items into your hands! We always select the fastest Standard Shipping option for you from the options available to us.

is your packaging sustainable?

We ship orders in cardboard boxes or small paper mailers without any dyes, made partially from recycled materials. Pieces come inside a cotton garment bag we encourage you to reuse, and we do not include any additional packaging materials like paper or peanuts.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the United States (excluding U.S. territories). We are working hard to offer international shipping. In some cases, we are able to ship to Canada. Please reach out to us if you'd like to request shipping to Canada or another country, and we may be able to make an exception for you!

Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect or outdated address, email support@harpersage.com ASAP so we can try and fix it for you!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship orders 1–3 business days from the time of receipt (prior to 12 pm Central Time). Once shipped, free Standard Shipping takes 3–4 business days and Express Shipping takes 1–2 business days.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We make our pieces in small batches, so keeping inventory moving smoothly is important to us. We kindly ask that returns be started within 14 days of receiving your order.

We understand that life happens — travel, busy schedules, and unexpected delays — so we will accept returns up to 30 days as long as items are unworn and in original condition.

Holiday gifts:
For orders placed in November and December and marked as gifts, we happily accept returns through January. to help us process it quickly, please email support@harpersage.com with your order number and note that it was a gift (or if gift wrapping was requested at checkout).

How do I return an item?

You can issue a return request in your account OR you can simply just email support@harpersage.com. Someone from our small yet mighty team will respond in 1-2 business days. You'll need your order # associated with your account handy.

What if I need another return label?

No problem. Reach out to us at support@harpersage.com with your order number, and we'll email you another label to print and use.

Are there any items not eligible for return?

All items (unless specified otherwise on the product page) are eligible for return provided they meet the required return policy criteria.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! You can exchange for a different size, color, or a completely different garment all together! Please email support@harpersage.com with the requested exchange and our small yet mighty team will take care of you.

How can I try on in person?

If you're in Austin, you can pop by our Flagship store located at 4803 Burnet Rd, Austin TX 78756.

If you are not in Austin, TX, you can text us at 512-537-1935 and we will do our best to send videos, measurements or pictures on the body to help your purchase decision further!

How does HarperSage product fit?

Sizing varies between our designs, so we recommend using additional resources to better determine your ideal size.

A link to our Size Guide is available on each page where you can view the measurement range we recommend for the garment. We are working to evolve this to make it more precise as we grow. We also provide additional information in the Details and Sizing section in every product listing and what size/height the model is wearing.

Where is your clothing made?

We proudly manufacture our clothing in a women-owned factory in Delhi, India. They are a twin sister duo, and we absolutely love working with them! 

In addition to product development and manufacturing, we are working closely with them to identify keys ways in which our business can further support their strides made towards supply chain transparency and in minimizing the risk of human trafficking.

I notice the some styles, such as the Sage Outset Shirt has appeared almost every season, but it is always different fabrics/colors. Why is different fabric, but the same name?

We remake the Sage Outset Shirt each season because it’s a core style for us
— a silhouette that fits beautifully and stands the test of time. The variation comes from the deadstock and surplus fabrics we choose.

Deadstock fabrics are leftover or unused textiles from other designers or mills. By working with these materials, we reduce waste and keep our production intentionally small-batch. Since these fabrics are limited, each season’s version looks a bit different, but the silhouette (and the name) stays the same.

We believe in dressing according to your mood or what you're doing and that can change day to day. Our "Harper" inspired styles are soft, feminine, and made for dressing up the everyday. Our "Sage" inspired styles are strong, comfy, and made for adventure. We create timeless styles with special details and strive to make everything easy to mix, match, and style according to your mood so you can "do your duo".
