Shipping & Returns
We offer free Standard Shipping and free returns on all orders (no minimum) and Express Shipping for a $20 flat rate. Express Shipping is non-refundable if you choose to return the order later.
Free Standard Shipping will arrive 3-4 business days from the time that it was shipped. Orders shipped with the Express Shipping option will arrive 1-2 business days from the time it was shipped. We ship orders 2-3 business days from the day it's received (please note the cutoff time for orders is 12 pm Central Time) otherwise, it will be counted as the next day.
Currently, we ship to the United States (excluding U.S. territories). We are working hard to offer international shipping. In some cases, we are able to ship to Canada. Please reach out to us if you would like to request shipping to Canada or to another country, and we may be able to make an exception for you!

AMAZING!! I love the fabric and the fit!

Love these. They look so cute and are to comfortable. Love the cotton material they just get softer and softer as I wear and wash them. I will be in the lookout for these in new colors!

Just got mine and wearing them as I type this review. The fabric is soft yet very durable and comfortable. The fit, the color, the lilac stitching and the presentation as I opened the box was very cute and thoughtful (pants came in its own drawstring linen pouch). Overall, HarperSage designs are here to stay (at least in my closest!) :) Thank you, Meghan and HS Team!!

Update: I have had my second pair in Rustic Brown for a few months now. These pants are my go to work pants for my business casual office setting. They are very comfortable and of good quality. I will be purchasing more as new colors are released.

The product - I love the fabric and the fit! I'm 5'4", 30" inseam, 30" waist, 40" hip, and a Large fit me perfectly. Not too loose, not too tight. My first pair in Silver Pine had a quality assurance problem... after about 4 wears and two washes, one of the rear belt loops came undone requiring repairs. I work in an office setting, so it seems strange that these did not keep up with desk job duties. Also, the zipper is YKK, but plastic/nylon, not metal. Feels a little dainty when I zip it up. I'd expect this zipper on delicate fabric/fancy light weight dress, not a pair of sturdy utility pants.
Customer service experience - Since I purchased through ForDays.com (I do not recommend ForDays, they're terrible!), my order was not in HarperSage's system and the return policy is different (nonexistent) because I did not purchase directly through their website. This led to a delay in response to my inquiry. It wasn't until I left a review that I got a response. While they were apologetic, they were more focused on the fact that they got a low scoring review rather than what they could do to fix it and were set to leave it with a "We're sorry. Go through our website next time." When I brought that to their attention, they did what they could to make amends (which is why I increased the star rating). While the customer shouldn't be the one trying to keep an open and positive dialogue, their customer service was nice, just not very proactive. I will be ordering another pair of pants soon as I do believe the pants are of good quality and hope the next pair will be better. I will update after I get the next pair and put them to work. Hopefully, the next experience will be better.
