How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the link in your shipment confirmation email. Your shipment confirmation email sends at the time the label is created, so please allow 24 hours for transport and scanning at the carrier before you check for an updated shipping status. If your tracking number isn’t updating after 2 business days, please reach out to us at support@harpersage.com and we'll help to provide more information!

HOW Much is Shipping?

We offer free Standard Shipping and free returns on all orders (no minimum) and Express Shipping for a $20 flat rate. Express Shipping is non-refundable if you choose to return the order later.


Free Standard Shipping will arrive 3-4 business days from the time that it was shipped. Orders shipped with the Express Shipping option will arrive 1-2 business days from the time it was shipped. We ship orders 2-3 business days from the day it's received (please note the cutoff time for orders is 12 pm Central Time) otherwise, it will be counted as the next day.

What carrier do you use?

We use both UPS and USPS to get HarperSage items into your hands! We always select the fastest Standard Shipping option for you from the options available to us.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the United States (excluding U.S. territories). We are working hard to offer international shipping. In some cases, we are able to ship to Canada. Please reach out to us if you would like to request shipping to Canada or to another country, and we may be able to make an exception for you!

Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect or outdated address, email support@harpersage.com ASAP so we can try and fix it for you!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship orders 2-3 business days from the time of receipt (prior to 12 pm Central Time). Once shipped, free Standard Shipping takes 3-4 business days and Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days.

What's your return policy?

We offer free returns for all unworn, unwashed, and unused items with our returns tag still on within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment or store credit per your preference once we receive and process the return. It typically takes 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account from the date we initiate it.

How do I return an item?

To complete a return, simply head to our returns portal returns.harpersage.com. You'll need your order # and the email address associated with your account handy. If you experience any difficulties with our returns portal, please reach out to support@harpersage.com so we can assist you!


Our team works to review and approve all return requests within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive an email with a link to download and print your return label. Affix it to the original packaging if you still have it, and seal it with the HarperSage sticker we included. All you have to do is drop it off at your nearest USPS location!

WHAT IF I NEED ANOTHER RETURN LABEL?

No problem. Reach out to us at support@harpersage.com with your order number, and we'll email you another label to print and use. 

Are there any items not eligible for return?

Face masks are not eligible for return at this time. All other items (unless specified otherwise on the product page) are eligible for return provided they meet the required return policy criteria.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to process "true" exchanges at this time. If you would like to try a different item, kindly return it and then place another order.

How can I try on in person?

If you're in Austin, you can schedule an appointment to come try on in our East Austin studio! Link to schedule a Studio Appointment.


If you're not in Austin, you can check out our Stockists page for a list of trusted partners where you can try on select HarperSage pieces. If all else fails, shipping and returns are always free!

How does HarperSage product fit?

Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using additional resources to better determine your ideal size. 


A link to our Size Guide is available on each page where you can view the measurement range we recommend for each garment. We also provide additional information in the Details and Sizing section in every product listing and, if you're shopping our Harper Secret Garden Dress or our Sage Utility Jumpsuit, we have a dedicated size and fit guide. If you have further questions about fit, we are happy to help you out at support@harpersage.com or via text at 470-468-5163.

Will you be offering more sizes? 

Yes! We are working hard to be able to offer additional sizing options in the near future. In some cases, we are able to fulfill custom sizing inquiries, so please reach out to our team at support@harpersage.com to discuss!

Where is your clothing made?

We proudly manufacture our clothing in a women-owned factory in Delhi, India. They are a twin sister duo, and we absolutely love working with them! 


In addition to product development and manufacturing, we are working closely with them to identify keys ways in which our business can further support their strides made towards supply chain transparency and in minimizing the risk of human trafficking.

Can you explain the "harper" and "sage" personas?

We believe in dressing according to your mood or what you're doing and that can change day to day. Our "Harper" inspired styles are soft, feminine, and made for dressing up the everyday. Our "Sage" inspired styles are strong, comfy, and made for adventure. We create timeless styles with special details and strive to make everything easy to mix, match, and style according to your mood so you can "do your duo".
