How can I track my order?
You can track your order via the link in your shipment confirmation email, or you can click here to visit our order tracking page. In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
How much is shipping?
We offer $10 shipping on orders under $125, and free shipping on orders over $125. If you need to return your order, the shipping is on us! At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
What carrier do you use?
We use both UPS and USPS to get HarperSage items into your hands!
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the United States (excluding U.S. territories), however, we are working towards offering international shipping because we have Peers all over the world!
Can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect or outdated address, email email@example.com ASAP so we can try and fix it for you!
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders take approximately 2 to 3 business days to ship, although we strive to ship them even sooner. Once shipped, it typically takes between 1 and 5 business days to arrive.
How do I return an item?
We're sorry it didn’t work out. Returns are easy (and free)! To complete a return, simply head to our returns portal returns.harpersage.com to answer a few questions for us. You'll need your order # and the email address associated with your account handy!
Afterwards, locate the pre-paid shipping label that came with your order, affix it to the original packaging, and seal it with the HarperSage sticker we included. All you have to do is drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
What if I can't locate my pre-paid return label?
No problem. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we'll email you a replacement label for you to print and use.
What's your return policy?
We offer free returns for all unworn, unwashed, and unused items with our returns tag still on within 14 days of receipt. If we receive an item that does not meet this criteria, we will be unable to issue a refund. Please note that the original $10 shipping fee, if applicable, is not refunded. If you have questions about return eligibility, kindly reach out to us, and we'd be happy to let you know!
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment once we receive and process the return. It typically takes 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Are there any items not eligible for return?
At this time, all items are eligible for return provided they meet the required return policy criteria!
Can I exchange an item?
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to try a different item, kindly return it and then place another order.

How does HarperSage product fit?
Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using the additional tools to better determine your ideal size.
A link to our "Size Guide" is available on each page where you can view the measurement range we recommend for each garment. We also provide additional information in the Details and Peer Stats section in every product listing. If you have further questions about fit, we are happy to help you out via email!
If you've made a purchase before, we'd also recommend checking out @TeamConfidante - our private Instagram community for our Peers to exchange fit and styling advice on their HarperSage pieces.
Will you be offering more sizes?
Yes! We are working hard to be able to offer additional sizing options in the near future. If you'd like to request a particular size, we'd love to hear from you and what you're looking for.
Where is your clothing made?
We proudly manufacture our clothing in a women-owned factory in Delhi, India. They are a twin sister duo, and we absolutely love working with them!
In addition to product development and manufacturing, we are working closely with them to identify keys ways in which our business can further support their strides made towards supply chain transparency and in combating the risk of human trafficking.
Can you explain what a Duo Capsule is?
A Duo Capsule is how we refer to the apparel products we offer! We design product that can easily be worn as a "duo" - a little Harper and a little Sage. Of course, sometimes we feel a little more one-sided, and on those days we head straight for Harper or for Sage and dig in!

What is Team Confidante?
Team Confidante is a private Instagram community where our Peers can share fit and styling advice with each other - much like an IRL confidante would! It is exclusively available to Peers with an order history, so if you'd like to be added, simply head to your account and find the link to our Team Confidante submission form (please note: it will only appear if you have an order history).
Once you submit a photo to us for review, we will grant you access to view @TeamConfidante! All submissions are monitored by us, and we will reach out 5-7 days after your submission to inform you if it has been selected for posting.
